CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

JOB ROLE:
This vacancy is working as a Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Advisor within our busy and vibrant Service and Diagnostic Department, the role is an exciting opportunity be part of a friendly and achieving team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Receive instruction and training from our Service Department Manager
Meeting and greeting customers in a courteous and friendly manner throughout the working day
Answer incoming telephone calls, noting the details of the enquiry and when applicable filter them to the Modern Service or Classic departments.
After training, then be compliant on our internal Garage Data Management computer system for job sheets, invoicing, monitoring work in progress and stock control.
Booking vehicles into either the Modern Service or Classic departments
Liaise with the workshop to keep track of the vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is kept on its scheduled timeline to satisfy customer expectations.
Providing high levels of customer service, including establishing customers onwards travel arrangements, providing details of company courtesy vehicles, updating customers whilst their vehicles are within our care and workshops, handing over vehicles after service and repair works are completed, establishing and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
SALARY:
£28,000 - £33,000 per annum dependant on experience
