After finding John Haynes I simply would not take my car anywhere else now. Their knowledge and ability to diagnose and fix issues has been A1. Each time I get my car back it feels like a brand new car.  Both Chris and David are super helpful in explaining the work needed and providing accurate quotes and estimates which come in on budget.  Professional, honest and friendly team who offer a great customer service experience. I bought an R129 SL320 in 2001 - the car had been serviced by John Haynes for many years, so I decided to start using them for reasons of continuity (they’re around an hour from home). I sold that car in 2023, missed my R129 so ended up buying another one! Overall, across the 2 cars, I have used John Haynes on several occasions for servicing and repair work - each time, I have found their work to be of top quality - and a special mention for David Sandell, the Service Manager (a non workshop role as the interface between the customer and the technicians).
