Restoration
SL60 AMG
There were only ever 49 examples of the Mercedes SL60 AMG produced in right-hand drive. This Mercedes-Benz SL60 AMG was restored in 2008 to complete Concours condition throughout.

The vehicle was completely dismantled and all the underside, body and panels were attended to and painted to colour.
The entire vehicle’s mechanics down to each and every nut, bolt and clip were assessed and either overhauled, refurbished, repaired or replaced including all glass and woodwork.
The vehicle was totally re-trimmed in the original factory specification and a new soft top was fitted.
After 12 months in our restoration department, the vehicle was completed and since has been displayed in the AMG Department at Mercedes-Benz World as well as winning various National Concours competitions.
This vehicle is a showcase for the standard of work John Haynes Mercedes Restorations can achieve.
